ELITE PROGRAM AT EIS
Elite Players have demonstrated an advanced skill set and understanding of the game, officially making them Top Flight Elite Basketball Players.
Our goal is to give our players the highest level of training possible and the ability to compete against the best players.
During the Elite Season, we will play regular games with local teams, as well as participate in regional tournaments. We will also host several Elite Camps and clinics around Bangkok.

WELCOME to the Elite Zone.
The Top Flight Elite Program is for players who have demonstrated they have the work ethic, passion, skills and knowledge required to become truly exceptional athletes.
Top Flight Elite Teams bring together our finest players and pit them against the best players in the region. The goal of the Elite program is to carve a pathway to play college basketball in the United States at the NCAA Division I Level, leveraging our vast network of college coaches, scouts and school administrators.
The Elite program is a developmentally-based progression tied to the mastery of new skills before advancing to the next stage. Progression is not solely based on a player’s age, although we use age as a guideline. Progression to each stage is determined by players' mastery of skills at each level.
We hold open tryouts for the Top Flight Elite Teams twice yearly, once at the beginning of the new season in August and again at the midterm break in December. Elite Team players are selected by Coach Ike and the Top Flight Staff based on ability, experience, and potential.
On occasion players are invited to join the Elite program who have exhibited an advanced skill set and potential, and a high basketball IQ. Players can also request a trial session with members of the Top Flight coaching staff to exhibit their skills. Players will be notified by email with an official invitation letter if they make the team. Players are asked to sign and return the commitment letter within 7 days.
The three stages of development and mastery are: Purple, Silver, and Gold.
LOCAL COMPETITION
The Top Flight AAU Select team will travel to Los Angeles, California next year representing Top Flight Basketball Co. Ltd Asia at a series of high-profile college viewing tournaments.
Membership on the Top Flight Select Team is fully sponsored by Top Flight Basketball and our sponsors. This sponsorship includes the summer trip to Los Angeles, California.
MADE IT TO THE TEAM
Participants in The Elite Program pay the seasonal registration fees and are expected to be fully committed to the team by participating in all practices and games.
