The LAB is an intensive 90 minutes of skill-based training where, each week, a different aspect of the game is broken down to its finer points. Using specially tailored drills and game situations, the program primarily addresses advanced basketball concepts. There is a dynamic exercise component to the program that focuses on Speed, Agility and Quickness: essential tools for a successful athlete in any sport.
This program is geared toward experienced and Elite Level players looking for a challenging workout similar to NBA, NCAA Division I off-season workouts.
